Too many teenagers aging between 14 to 18 are beginning to drink and drink often . This is a sad fact but it's true. Most people do nothing to prevent these young people from ruining their life like this. Alcohol can change a happy adult into a grumpy violent person. Image the change in a young adult. The change is completely different and worst.
It is very unsafe for these students to drink and drive. They do not have the experience or knowledge to control a car as while as an adult. Even though they may not get pulled over by a passing police car, your teenage can get in a deadly car accident killing them instantly.
There are simple ways to keep your teenage safe is by taking the time to talk and make sure that you keep an open mind. This is the same kind of talk as the birds and the bees. It's not easy. Talk to your teenage as an adult. Explain to them the risk of drinking. Explain to them the effects of drinking and how that can change their lives. Explain to your teen why you drink or don't drink. Explain everything you can think of and in as much detail as you can.
Teenagers encounter many issues involving drugs and drinking. It's called peer pressure. This is one reason why teenagers have a very hard time fitting in with other in high school Things can happen and life is hard for a teenage. Talk to your teen about ways to say no to people who are pressuring him or her. Talking to your teen is the best way to help them get though life happy and safe.

Governmental Reforms are needed to ward of hospital infections in the United Sates
This time the government of the United States needs to tie up their belts and must take every possible step to clear infections in the major hospitals. On April 16th,2008 a report was released which stated clearly that 99,000 people die per year due to hospital infections in the US and that because the Government don’t introduce compulsory practices in hospitals to clear infections. The reports of the Government Accountability office stated that if the government could introduce some restrictions and prior rules to keep hospitals clean. Then it can reduce the future reimbursements because of growing infections and its after-effects.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services was strongly accused in the reports because of not synchronizing information across agencies and failing to implement suggested measures. Cynthia Bascetta, director for health issues at the Government Accountability Office claimed that the secretary of the HHS must administer and exercise his/her power to implement necessary reforms.
Experts pointed out that the hospital staffs and the administration are not paid sufficiently and not put under pressures to maintain cleanliness in the hospitals. Another cause is the growing popularity of new technologies and drugs that has weakened the infection prevention and effective care for patients. These must be countered by the US government.
Euthanasia : Agree or not?
Euthanasia originally from the Greek, which mean the intent of a “death in peace" or "death with no pain". Besides, the Webster dictionary defined it as "peace and fine death".
Euthanasia is for those incurable disease patients to reduce their pain. However, this becomes one of the Controversial Topic. At the extreme ends of disagreement, advocates say euthanasia, also known as physician aid in dying, or physician assisted suicide, is a merciful method of death. At the other end are opponents of euthanasia, who may consider this method as a form of murder.
Euthanasia still consider illegal in most countries, but some of the countries already accept it. Why this being accepted by certain countries but not for all?
I not either extreme ends of disagreement or agreement and I’m not sure whether we have our own right to decide our life. If yes, then nothing wrong if we decide to “kill” ourselves.
On the other hand, doctor might be considered as “assist murder” in assisting the patient kill themselves. On my opinion, patient pay to the doctor to cure them from illness, of course doctor need to satisfied the patient. In term of the limitation of technology, the illnesses are incurable, and then patient pay for the doctor to help them away from the pain is nothing wrong. Of course, the term and condition is the patient is Volunteer and sign in black and white, also this have been agreed by their direct family.
Either let the patient alive in painful everyday until they “leaving” or give them a “peace and easy death” now, which is cruel?
