Knowledege about Nutrition

  1. When is the best time to eat the Nutrition Product?
  2. What do affect the absorption of Nutrition?
  3. Any side-effect if we stop taking the Nutrition?
  4. Shall we take as many as vitamins we can?



Answer 1:
After meal is the best time for taking the Nutrition product. Besides, use water is the best since tea or milk will reduce the Nutrition. On the other hand, after breakfast and after dinner provide better result compare to after lunch.

Smoking, tension, bad habit in eating and sick will affect the absorption of Nutrition.

Answer 3:
Maybe. If you are trying to stop taking the Nutrition product, then suggest reduce the volume day to day until stop, do not stop immediately.
