Breast Feeding

Breastfeeding is a part of motherhood. Is it said that babies who are breastfeed are much smarter and live longer than those who drink formula. Breastfeeding isn't a pleasuring experience it can be very painful and can tire you out. Here are some tips on breastfeeding.

  1. Start breastfeeding as soon as possible. The nurses will help you the first couple minutes.
    Use lots of support when breastfeeding. Don't lean over on top of your baby. Bring him or her to your level.
  2. The babies month should cover your complete nipple. Insure that they latch on safely. This may hurt until you get use to it.
  3. Alternative between breast after all you do have two why not use both. This will help you have a lot less pain after breastfeeding.
  4. After breastfeeding your baby you will need to burp his or her. You will need to do this during and after the feeding.
  5. Avoid the use of pacifiers until your child completely latch onto your breast. Pacifiers won't work well on a baby who doesn't know how to latch onto your breast.
  6. Your diet is very important while breastfeeding. You need to keep healthy because this will make your child healthy also.
  7. Do not use any supplements unless your doctor has told you to.
  8. Nurse until your baby is full. This can be will your baby stops and moves away form your breast or you will have to judge yourself.

as i know breast feeding is more healthy than milk from cow....this is because after a mother give birth the body will start to produce mum milk to supply the baby
