Meat category classification: the shallower color the better

Meat category to the availability and depth of color can be divided into three categories:

Color red or Anjiang: such as pork, beef, mutton, as dark meat or red meat.

Color proud: such as chicken, duck, GOOSE, rabbit meat and fish, known as light-colored or white meat;

Almost colourless: mainly aquatic animals shellfish meat, such as Haru, oysters and crab meat, known as colorless meat.

If you are on diet, then we can said that Colourless meat is better than white meat, and the white meat is better then red meat. On the other hand, please consider the balancing of the food even you are on diet
