Faster way to remove the fat from your waist

Step 1
Prone on the sofa (Note:sofa can not be too soft), Hands & legs straight and point infront, raise upward at the same time, maintain 10-15 seconds, repeat 6-8 times.



Step 2
Prone on the sofa (Attention: Hip must not be encounter on the sofa),side arm straight forward, the other side arm affixed to the body, and maintain 10 to 15 seconds per side. Repeat this action for 3-4 times.


Step 3
Prone on a sofa, hip affixed to the edge of the sofa, your legs must be fixed. Hold a cushion with two hand and place it behind of your brain, then your body move bakcward slowly, maintain 8-10 seconds, repeat 6-8 times.
