Yoga in Office

Working Lie is busy, feel tension and tire after day to day.

Human being need to release the tension and re-fresh the body. Well, we heard people said that they are busy in working until not able to spend time for exercise. Hereby, introduce a set of yoga exercise which just need a chair and less then half an hour, then you are able to do it for relaxing yourself.

Are you ready? Let's start it

First at all, close your eye and relex your whole body. Now, Absorb air deeply and keep it for 5 second then slowly breath out the air. Just need to repeating the aborb and breath for 3 minutes. Then your mind will feel freash.
By the way, additional one set of simple yoga exercise (4 section) are shown better refreshing. Just follow the simple steps below :

P.S. Each Section must repeat 2 times for left and right

oh my god! I can't imagine that somebody doing Yoga in the office while office hours.
