Sleep is very improtant fo human being. We need to have "quality" sleep and not "quantiy" of sleep.

To ensure you having a "quality" sleep, pay attention on the below:

1. Do Not Wear Watch
We should know that the watch will release a laser radiation. Although just a very little volume, but remember that accumulate the little will become huge.

2. Do Not Wear Dentures
Dentures might swallowed during sleep. Besides, dentures's hook may shatter the aortic. To stay safe and keep your oral clean, do not wear the dentures.

3. Do Not Wear Bra
Accoring to the research, Famle who wearing bra have higher chances to get breast cancer. And sleep is to relax yourself, try not to let something to tigthen you.

4. Do Not Slepp Close With Your Mobile Phone
Not only sleeping but also the rest of the time, try the best far from your mobile phone. It definately will give bad effect on your body which caused by the electromagnetic.

5. Do Not Sleep Without Clean Your Mke Up.
Make up will cover the skin pores, obstacles sweat secretion and Impede cell respiration. Then, sleep quality will be affected. Also, this will cause Acne.
